Guarantees & Policies


Unless specifically noted otherwise, all spare parts are sold without technical support and customer agrees that these parts are sold at customer’s own risk. TransAct Technologies does not provide technical support on the installation of parts unless the part is specifically manufactured by TransAct to be installed by the customer.

30 Day Warranty will replace all items defective in materials or workmanship, if notified within 30 days of invoice date. This policy excludes electrical components, “as is items”, and items expressly covered by another warranty.

Return Policy

You may obtain a Return Authorization to return other items, in accordance with the following conditions:

  •  All claims must be made within 30 days of invoice date
  •  Any items returned or refused are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  •  Original shipping charges will not be credited
  •  Customer must arrange & pay for return shipping
  •  Only full carton quantities in their original packaging are accepted
  •  No special order or custom items
  •  No electrical components

All returns must receive a Return Authorization number from prior to being returned
